All linens are included, as well as beach towels.
Home has a kitchen, dining, living, and Florida room. Master bedroom, with private master bath, has a queen size bed and has Direct TV, second bedroom has 2 queen size beds with TV/DVD player, and last bedroom has 2 full size beds. Couches in living room and Florida room have full size pull-outs.
Home is walking distance to a playground, some wonderful restaurants, a Finnish bakery, and tennis courts. We are 1 mile to the ocean and beaches with restaurants, parking, shops, etc. House has 2 parking spots in front of a detached garage (garage is unavailable for use, as used for private storage), and parking is allowed on the street. Two hours to Disney, Epcot and Seaworld. Twenty minutes to West Palm and 1 hour to Miami. 15 Minutes from West Palm airport. Many local attractions.

Neighborhood overviewThe home is located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood off of the inter-coastal, on a dead end street, and only 1 mile to Lantana Beach offering amenities such as a ocean front restaurant and bar, public bathroom and showers, shallow water reef great for snorkeling, ice cream stand and souvenir shops. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance to the home, as well as tennis courts, shuffle board courts, and a children's playground. West Palm Beach is only a 15 minute drive away on Route 95, as well as several shopping plazas and malls. Area is perfect for renting bicycles and riding them to the beach, stores, and restaurants, and for those truly adventurous types there is a 10 mile bike trail around Lake Osborne only a short distance away. For those that like golfing there is a community golf club a short 15 minute drive away. If you want to see the homes of the rich and famous take a drive up A1A, (Donald Trump has a home here.)
Getting aroundTaxi, Parking at rental property, Nearest Airport is the Palm Beach International Airport located only 15 minutes away by car. Follow I-95 South in West Palm to then take exit 60 to Hypoluxo Road in Lantana, Fl. Drive to Euclid Blvd. Lantana.
