Walk-in to the recently updated kitchen with a moveable island, a gas stove with dual oven, compact sink, full size dishwasher, all dishes, and small appliances needed to make your stay comfortable, as well as a full size washer and dryer for your use.
The living room is directly off of the kitchen and features a large sectional and ottoman, with a large smart TV over a small electric fireplace for warmth or ambiance. Next to the living room is the dining area with a round table that can be extended to provide plenty of extra space and seating.
The primary bedroom features a metal queen size bed, and closet with built in drawers, with direct access to the main bathroom that features a gorgeous tile shower. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a dresser and small closet with easy access to the small but functional half bath.
Off the back of the home is an enclosed porch with heating, plenty of seating, and a couch that can be pulled out for an additional sleeping space for guests.
The back porch and deck look out on gorgeous views of Pool Pond, and the many sites to see at any time of year. In the summer you can take advantage of the kayaks, and swimming or fishing, and in the fall take in the gorgeous foliage. Winter time once the ice has formed take advantage of ice skating or ice fishing, and in the spring watch as the ice melts and plants come back to life.
All linens including bedding, towels, hand towels, and wash clothes included. As well as sample size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, as well as a hair dryer for guests use. Some basics included are paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, and basic kitchen supplies such as plastic wrap, tin foil, ziploc bags, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, and basic baking necessities.

Additional notesThe basement is used to store kayaks, life-vests, etc., and is only accessible through exterior doors.
Neighborhood overviewThe home is located on a rural dirt road, and is in a quiet area, but still close to many area restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and Wal-Mart.
Getting aroundWe highly recommend that guests arrive with a vehicle as there is no public transportation in the area. The home does have parking for 2 vehicles next to the home, but if additional parking is required there is space across the road in front of the garage that is not for guests use. If more than 2 vehicles will be staying at the home during the winter months, please notify me so I can ensure that the secondary area is plowed as well.
