The space
When entering the home guests will walk in to the large living room. Dining room and Master bedroom are located directly off the living room. Around the corner is the recently updated kitchen, and off of the kitchen is the laundry room and a side entry to the home. Back in the master bedroom is a queen size bed, and an en-suite 3/4 bath. There is a privacy closet that is unavailable for guests in this room. Back through the living room you will walk down the hall that has access to the full bathroom, and an exterior door to the covered patio with outdoor dining table and direct access to the outdoor firepit area and hot tub.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home other than a locked privacy closet in the master bedroom.
Additional notes
There is enough space for 2-3 cars to park in the driveway.
Neighborhood overview
Neighborhood is a quite residential area, within a mile to the beach located near Dune Deck Cafe. Looking across the neighbors yard diagonally there is a view of the inter-coastal. Close to a Walgreens, John G's, Key Lime House Restaurant, Publix, Winn-Dixie, and more.
Getting around
We recommend that guests rent a vehicle to get around, but there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance as well as the beach that is 1.3 miles from the home.
